Constantinople to Eastern Med

I sent an Ottoman fleet that was in Constantinople to patrol the Eastern Med (highly successfully, as it turned out). It fought some Russian ships in the Black Sea on the way. It would be better imho if ships did not have to pass through the Black Sea enroute to the Eastern Med when leaving Constantinople.
