having problems loading game

having problems loading game. when loading i am getting 2 different messages. first while loading message is c:windows\fonts\65659_.ttf a decompression error has occurred (#5) could not open output file. this happens during installation. when hitting ignore button time image occurs and game stops installing and when hitting retry button just keeps poping up. second messag occurs when attempting to start from drive and double cliccking application file error with your serial # error code 200. am entering number on disk. please help just received game thanks .craig

What O/S are you using?
It sounds as if the ignore is aborting portions of the install???
Try uninstallaing then installing.
