I may have mentioned this before, but one thing I think would improve the game is the addition of league and individual all-time records during game play. If a player breaks the record for most yards passing (single game, franchise, or career), it would be nice to see it flash up on the in-game stats display. It might also be nice to see the stats for the leading running backs and how the game leaders stack up against the best in the league, in game. It would also be good in my opinion for one to access game records in the regular stats section. These are things that appear constantly on the TV games, and it might add an extra level to the game. Just some thoughts ... but as I am not a programmer, these may be more difficult to do than to imagine them done.
