Plane slides

I have version 1.806revamp and was curious the best way to go about updating to new plane slides from Dixies Art Site?

Also, is it possible to change the picture for the headquaters so that......
Each commander you choose for the HQ will have his correct picture linked with him wherever you put him and his picture will show up each time? Or is that not possible?

i'd check over in the "Scenario Design" subforum... i am not up on the best way to go about this, and Matrix really doesn't formally offer support on unofficial mods (although i can give some input on CHS).
