No More in-game help in 3.9.3 ?

Hi all, just got ANW, installed and upgraded to 3.9.3.
Imagine my surprise to see that there was no help menu option in the * menu, just about, tutorial and grab screen options...
Is this the desired effect ? I really liked being able to peruse the help file in Harpoon 2, not just the tutorial help file.
Apart from that, I look forward to trying out the MP game in the not too distant future...
Oh, lest I forget : where can I get info on the Community effort for ANW ? I'm a professional programmer, with game industry experience and shipped titles under my belt, and when I've been an on and off grognard since the early 80s, as a young teen. Maybe I can help at some point down the line.

Right now some of us are involed in tracking down and identifying bugs so that the developmet team can give us a more reliable and stable game. You can see the efforts (and contribute) in the bug tracking system here

Currently there is no in-game help source in Advanced Naval Warfare but that is something that may be added in a future patch in some way.
