Leader Screen frustration/request

First, loving the game; congratulations on such a solid release! [:D]

My only real frustration so far is having to switch back and forth betweent the Combat Ratings and Administrative Ratings screens when evaluating leaders on the Leader Screen (F5).

I tend to want to examine the trade-offs among different leader roles and the numbers I need seem to always involve ratings on both tabs.

My suggestion would be to not change the current tabs, but add a third tab that can be customized in the options to show up to 6 user chosen columns (from the total of 12 columns on the other 2 tabs). [&o]
