Installation help!!!!

I am having trouble installing the game!

When it gets to the installation screen that says, "After installation of pure sim baseball.....", it freezes up EVERYTIME. I use my installation CD, it freezes. I use the link on the website, it freezes. I have no idea what's going on.

I will attach the DirectX Diagnostic file if that will help any. I am not a computer whiz, so all the help is greatly appreciated!

Do you think maybe you might have some virus on access scan interfering with some files trying to be written or something? Maybe disable it while installing. Or maybe even install in Safe Mode though I don't know if that would work or not. I hate it when software doesn't install correctly.

I disabled my anti-virus program and tried installing it again. No luck. It freezes up everytime it gets to the point when it says, "Installing Files, Seeking....".

Who knows what's going on. I've never had trouble installing games before.

Are you using Vista? I think there are some special instructions on this forum somewhere for installing under Vista.
