HELP with download

Hi, I purchased this game today and downloaded it to my work computer....shhh don't tell the boss! However, I am home now and trying to download it to my homr gaming computer. I enter my email and the last five of my credit card and then I get an error message about allowing cookies, but they are already enabled. Please help!!
