Using custome overlay as game map?

When I was creating a scenario using a map overlay cropped from Google map, I found the map to look quite nice with forest, building..etc added onto them using the map editor. However when I start the game, the overlay disappear and was left with a barren map.

So is it possible to play the game using my overlay map? This would make the game graphical presentation all the more appealing. Pls help.

Nope. Would be nice though.
