Editor + Scenario file for modding

Is there any chance to get the AE editor plus a scenario file to enable working on a mod?

I would really like to continue modding but I need AE for it. Haveing the tool and file would help a lot.

Not until we release the game.
 
Apart from anything else involving the lawyers, matrix or anything else to do with the fact that this is a commercial product - the file structure could change dramatically (as it did last week) if that happened everything you had done would have to be redone and would not be supported.
 
Even if you were willing to take that risk the answer would still be no because its a commercial product.
 
So no its not possible to pre release the editor and scen files in advance of the game being ready for sale.
