missing Brigades

I have.leaders with 1 less Brigade that they can have but the Cav. unit reads 0/7 and the Art. reads 0/3. The computer will not let me add Brigades to these units. (among others I am not using CSC. I can send save game if you wish Any Ideas?

There are times during a turn where the numbers may not match up. At the start of the player's turn, the Command Points are reset based on the Current Command Points less any attached units. During the turn, there are things that can happen (like a commander's Command Rating going up, or units being damaged in combat that used to be attached to the leader). You have to wait until the next turn before the Command Points become avialble.
