Where can I find what upgrades are made during the refits of the Allied ships?

If you can use an editor, go to the ship class file -

find the class of the ship

read the upgrade field

and you will have the details and dates of updates.

The DATE of the update appears on the individual ship screen - and you can allow it to upgrade or not too.

Note that in RHS in particular sometimes ships change classification when they upgrade.
