Sometimes I see Steel Panthers World At War: General's Edition in hypermarkets. Does anyone know if it has a printed manual?

I bought the SPWAW Gen Edition v8.403 from Poland and it did not come with a printed manual, just the same PDF v5 manual you get with the free version.
Reduce SP:WaW slaughter, "Low Carnage":
Settings: 80Spot,80Hit,100R/R,XXXTQ,110TkT,150InfT,180AvSoft,130AvArm,150SOFire / Command & Ctrl ON / AutoRally OFF
