white flashes while scrolling

I am using windows vista service pack 1. I have nvidia graphics updated to latest version drivers. I have my desktop set to 1900 x 1080 to be able to play on a big screen tv. When I scroll in normal 3d mode I get white flashes, very annoying. When I switch to my regular computer monitor I get the same.

Hi Rider,
I had to download JTCS to my wife's Vista laptop when my machine caught a virius.  I experienced the same problems.  There was a post to fix the problem, but I could not locate it a minute ago.
 
I remember right clicking on the monitor screen itself and changing it by setting it to XP view (?).  It worked, but I wish I could give you a better answer.  I believe someone will be able to hellp you better than I.  Good luck!
