Aircraft pool reset to 0 for A6M2-N Rufe

I've been running a game AI vs AI just to see what it does to itself and discovered something that looks like a bug in the implementation of the scrapping of Japanese aircraft described in chapter 13.6 in the manual.

It is 08/07/42 and 2 out of 5 Rufe units have arrived and are at full strength. The pool of Rufes has reached 100. The next turn it is reset to 0 again. It starts to rebuild again and I don't know what will happen when I reach 100 again.

The version I use is 1.806 standard but I think that the game originally started on 1.804. I run with Both Computer PDU turned off. It repeats every time I rerun the turn and I have older saves available too if needed.
The scenario is 15 with Historical start and December 7th surprise.

There are some bugs in AI vs AI where things won't happen the same as with a human vs AI.  The major things work, but some details don't.

I don't know who is handling the support for the original game at the moment.
