Translation polish to english

I looked at some files and figured out some translations. For the air units I couldnt make out most of the words. I even looked them up in a polish to english dictionary, all not found.

I'll see is it possible to use english in future patches (after 1.20)

I translated this file while ago, in 1.20 public beta this header should be in english.

It never made it to the patch.  The header line (where present) is in Polish.

Aaah, sory, I translated countries.csv, I thought other files were in english already. This will have to wait for next patch, sorry.
