Lending fleet bug ?

Well we in echo phase so i cant be 100% sure.

Im playing Spain, and had lend some of the French fleets, and we had some battles with GB.
They supposed to be blockading the same port, but i dont see them on the map after they where turned back.
Also i notiche in my counterpool i have the Destroyed French fleet counter from the battle we had, i figured this might go away once we pass on to eco, after all the french fleets on the map turned back their control.
I havent asked France if he needs the counter back yet.

/Edit France did not see them eighter, but France had 4 corps returned in his next diplomacy phase, so they might have returned we dont know yet if the ships came along.
The destroyed French fleet counter dropped out of the Spanish forcepool when we swithed month.
