Ottoman transfer

I created the Ottoman last eco phase. the system will not allow me to transfer factors between two corps off the Ottoman. I can transfer the infantry to a garrison, then to another corps, but transfering factors corps to corps is not showing as an option. Anyone else run into this?

Ehm, i think i have a savegame as Turkey, though i dont remember trying to transfer, between ottoman corps, nor is it currently my turn so that i could test it.
Want me send it anyway ?
I have been told you are currently trying to fix French land combat file in the game, that somehow got a finished Amsterdam battle required.(Borodino something gamename).

Yes, I am looking at that game where the battle situation was cleaned in Amsterdam BUT no in Venetia. There are 2 large stacks down there and they will not fight???????
 
If anybody does see an Ottoman game where a force transfer could happen then send to me. I've got a few games where the OE exist BUT I honestly cannot EVER remember testing that transfer???

Sorry Marshall, I have been away. I will give this through another reinf and land phase and see if this may have been a one turn issue. If not, I will ask the host to send you a copy of the gamesave file
