Newbie allied opponent sought for first PBEM game

Only played a couple of short campaigns vs. the computer, but I think I have the gist of it and I'm looking for a human opponent for a PBEM game. Ideally someonw new and familiar with the basic game, but not with anything more and definitely not with any exploits there may be (I don't know any but from what I've read on the list...).

I'd prefer to play Japan, but actually I'd polay either side, and it might even be fun to play 2 games in parallel: one allied and one Japan each!
