Outflank bug

[Cunctator]

Vienna, May 1805, an Austro-Russian army tries to free the city from a french army.
Archduke Charles in person decides to probe the enemy, while Marshall Massena tries an outflank manouver.

In the first round correctly the game applied a cav bonus for the allied army (18c vs. 3c in the pinning force).
Before the second round the outflanking force arrived with other 9 cav factors.
In the second round the game applied the same the cav bonus notwithstanding the Archduke had no more a 2:1 ratio in cav factors (now they were 18c vs. 12c).
In the third round the game decided to return to rules not applying any more the cav bonus.

We realised it was a bug after the completion of the battle and we decided to go on.
