New HCE scenario - Hermes the Thief

A new HCE scenario from increasingly prolific (hurray [&o] ) scenario writer Patrick Howard (aka rainman):

A scenario set in the near future, with a different world order. After 30 years, HMS Hermes must retake some islands with her Harriers.

For the EC2003 IOPG Battleset using the HCDB-080824 (or later) database.
