Unable to get both joystick and pedals working

Hi, i just got this game installed and patched to 5.02

I was going to try to play it with hotas cougar + ch pro pedals.
However I am unable to map both controllers so that both work.

My problem is this.
If I select "Joystick 1", restart the game, Ok game detects joystick 1 input!
If I select "Joystick 2", restart the game, Ok game detects pedal input!
If I select "Both", restart the game, then the game detects NOTHING

Any ideas how I can get them all working at the same time?

can you post your key.cfg if you got two different dx controllers running?
