10 Years so far osprey I have been fighting this dam long campaign. Have finally managed to make it to 1942. I really hope to make it thru 1942 by the end of this year. hell I just might be able to live long enough to finish the whole war. Turned 77 august 31 and still in clear mind and not too bad of health. I believe if i hadnt restarted so many campaigns over in my youth I wouldnt be still fighting it right now.

I love to write the aars for you guys to read I can only hope after so long I can still keep them interesting for at least some of you guys that take the time to come here and readmy crap. Each and every battle I have fought over the long years to me has been a fresh and new experience. I try to imagine the Italians blustery and decked out in there grand uniforms shouting orders to troops that only want to cower and stay as deep in there holes as possible. The Japs as always sneaky and crawling thru bug infested overgrowth trying to kill my young and inexperienced marines. The germans with there weapons of mass destruction barreling over smaller and lesss fortunate people. Coming into town full of swagger and self impotance these things has kept me enthralled with the long campaign over these long gruelling years. And my desire to try and impart some of this enjoyment to what i like to call my friends I hope.
