AGEODs ACW problem

Hi there, I bought Ageods American civil war from Matrix games which I have enjoyed immensly for the past 3 or 4 months... a couple of nights ago it just stopped working, when I clicked the game icon it would just go black and hang until I pressed Ctrl-alt-del and ended the process, I got in contact with Pocus who is part of the Ageod team, we went through various things to try and get the game to work, he sent me a new AACW.exe file which didnt work, he then asked me to try some omega drivers from Dec 2007 which never worked and then a new options file which never worked, he then said I should try and get a refund, I told him that I like the AGEOD engine and I didnt want a refund, what Im trying to ask Matrix games is if it is possible to swap AACW for the new Wars in America, there is only £1 difference between the two games, I would be more than happy to pay that.... please get back to me and let me know what you think Matrix games, thanks.

Ive just received an email from Pocus telling me he has emailed Erik from Matrixgames comfirming that he has tried everthing to get my copy of AACW working....
