Starting Th Season Over

I started playing a season (only played afew games) then I stopped playing for several months because of computer problems and I was too busy. Is there a way to start the season over???
I figured out the problem myself.
Luckily I had my files saved in a backup folder before I started the season so all I had to do was moved them over.
