Tarawa

[Nihon Rikugun]

The sniper thread got me thinking....I seem to remember a Tarawa battle that you could play. Anyone remember what that one is called, it is probably only available in the vanilla game, not ENH, but I do seem to remember one. I cannot find it.

Unfortunately I never did go back and do the enhanced revisions. [:(]

IIRC the main problem was that all of the Japanese bunkers now had the incorrect weapon types in them (infantry gun bunkers now had MG's and 5 inch naval guns...the 8in gun mounts now had 20mm's...etc) Going back and digging out my maps of which guns should be in which bunker was just too much of a hassle for me at the time.

Outside of that most of the infantry units were OK from what I recall. Perhaps I will revisit it and get that all ironed out...when I have about 48-72 hours to kill that is.[;)]
