I know this has come up before, but it was a while ago, and I thought it had been resolved.

With a fleet and corps (not too big for the fleet to carry) in Corsica, the game won't let me DOW Algeria (or, as far as I can tell, any other of the Mediterranean minors). It says I'm unable to reach them.

Is this still a known, open bug, or should I post a file at Mantis?

I remember this but I thought this was behind us as well???
