Note the warning: "Valid file extensions: gif jpg png txt zip bmp jpeg doc "

and at the bottom of the editor screen:

So far I can't find the file at the forum posting.

According to Admin, there is a current problem with the forum accepting uploads from personnal computers. This was first id'd when people couldn't load their personal avatars. They hope to have all little bugs and whistles figured out after the weekend.
