There's no way those beautiful maps in the AARs can be created with a built-in map editor! Am I correct in thinking that a map editor is not included with the game? Only an OOB editor?

You cannot edit the artwork of any map.

You can edit the starting positions on any map.

You need a paint program to "create" your own maps.
