New HCE scenario - Willpower

A new HCE scenario from Patrick Howard (aka rainman).

"This scenario explores the ability of the Spanish and Portugese armed forces to defend the Azores from Russian attack. BLUE only. This is a sequel to "Hold Fast!". There will be a third scenario in this series soon. The good news is that Russian naval power projection is poor. The bad news is that your stuff isn't very good either."

This scenario uses the HCDB-080712 (or later) database and the EC2003 Battle for the Atlantic Ocean battleset.
