Reaction phase movement bug

I was attacked in Manassas and during reaction phase I wanted to bring Lee from Richmond to take command there, but was unable to do so. He had initiative and there were no gunboats in Rappahannock river. I then tried to bring in reinforcements from Winchester and Frederickburg, but again with no success. Nobody could enter Manassas.

I saved the game and when I reloaded it started to work like it should. I was able to bring in Lee and other forces. I guess there was a problem calculating the right amount of MPs needed to enter a contested region or something like that.

I am playing v1.030 public beta.

We've noticed this kind of thing very occasionally. It appears that some data gets corrupted temporarily, but can be repaired by exiting the program and reloading the save. If you can find a way to duplicate the problem, let us know. Unfortunately this is not unique to the 1.030 version.

I have had the exact same thing happen, but during normal movement (usually preventing me from attacking somewhere). But if I save and reload it goes away. {I will try to see if I can save it next time and forward you the info}
