Bug 353 -- Marshall?

Marshall, I put in note in case 353. I'm a little concerned that I might not be able to attack the Turks in the next month or two.

I don't need a fix just yet (we worked around it -- see the case note I added). But, I'm hoping it had something to do with the stack of Austrians already besieging, rather than that it was "GB blocked from attacking again". If you could just tell me that much of the bug's nature, that would be excellent.
