What positions are HO, BL and CO?

HO - Holder for Kicks
BL - Blocker on special teams
CO - Cover men on special teams

Player for these positions were generated in the first version of the game. This concept was later abondoned. You can now ignore these entries in the skill_attributerange table.

HO`s have a function and often a QB is used. In the first time the game generated Holders as players like QB and RB.
