problem with main downloaded file

i've purchased Close Combat Wacht am Rhein and Extended Download Service for this game; i've downloaded the main zip but i can't open it (with 'folder in invalid or corrupted' error message);

my question is where i could download again the game files,

Go to digitalriver.com, then enter your order number, you can view your serial number and there should be a download link as well.
