Hungary setup AI

Hungary Forces
3-3 INF,2-4 CAV,4-2 INF, RES 3-3 MIL, 1 FTR2 1940, 4-4 MOT 1942, 5-5 MEC 1943

Hungary has four basic setups:

* Capital defence: Is just as the name suggests a setup where the Hungarian
land unit is setup to defend Budapest.

* Plan to attack USSR defence: Hungarian forces are deployed on the border to USSR in order to be ready for a future attack on USSR or to garrison the border.

* Plan to attack Yugoslavia defence: Hungarian forces are deployed on the border to Yugoslavia in order to be ready for a future attack on Yugoslavia.

Hungary has one extreme setup:

* Plan to attack Rumania defence: Hungarian forces are deployed on the border to Rumania in order to be ready for a future attack on Rumania.

Declaration of war
Given a GE/IT declaration of war and USSR/CW control of Hungary OR an alignment by the GE OR a USSR/Western allies declaration of war with and GE/IT control of Hungary the suggested reasoning for the AI could be as below.
