How to Reinforce Depleted Brigades?

I understand that I can set provinces to 'Reinforce to'....I can also build camps in a province/city.

Do my depleted brigades need to be in a city in a province to be reinforced? Do they need to be in the province with the camp?

Can someone please advise how I reinforce my depleted brigades?

There are two ways to reinforce depleted brigades:

1. Through camp reinforcements (ie replacements): these are pooled nationally each turn and then distributed to wherever a receiving unit is, so it doesn't need to be in a city with a camp or even in home territory. On advanced supply it is prioritised so that it goes to brigades in containers which are on a higher level of supply than others on your side. If the advanced supply option isn't selected they are distributed randomly to understrength brigades.

2. By disbanding a brigade in the same military group; the men released are then spread to the other brigades in that group.
