Can Mercs climb on roofs?

There a bunch of structures that you can get on to the roof of. Not every building will have a way to the roof but there are still many instances where this can happen. One gigantic building in particular (in the Train Station) has a pretty massive roof to seize and exploit.

IIRC that was the same as it worked in JA. If there was something that helped you climbing (e.g. ladder, pile of boxes) you could climb up one level.

Yeah if there's a ladder or something you can get up there. They have that sort of functionality.

In JA2 you could climb on any roof without a ladder or boxes to help, which I guess is not all that realistic. The buildings all had low roofs.
