Using CP advantage

Has using CP advantage any other influence on multiplayer games than raising CP IP production limits?

I can't think of anything else but I will do a global search just in case I've made some undocumented change over the last 16 months.

IP = Industrial Points which you use to buy units

Production limits = number of raw materials which you at maximum can use in a given strategy phase.

So CP advantage gives only CP the capacity to use more raw materials but do not alter the number of raw materials available nor the number of IP they create.

Unless Frank of course find something different in his dusty archives [:)]
