RHS Series 13 test games

It appears we will have some new game starts - and that I will be managing the Allies for some of these.

I am seeking to build Allied teams of "politicians" who negotiate Allied policy.

I intend to require Allied governments agree to strategies and major unit movements - rather than just run the whole theater as a dictator.

If you know British, Russian, Chinese, Dutch, Canadian, Indian or Aussie history and policy well - and wish to be in charge of such policy - see the AAR board to find a place to openly negotiate these policies for each game. When each game begins I will start a thread for it.

We have at least two games working up with Chicken of the Sea and Shark doing Japan - another may be working up as well. We need Allied team advisors. We also seek a Allied player for a test in which I do the Japanese.
