1.04 bug, still teleportation...

We have a game, a garnison is teleported from Lille to Soisson and Ney and his corps are moved one case south.

I was more reporting a bug than trying to get it repaired. My game is fast (we played a whole turn) since I posted here, so dont want to slow it.

in fact, we never had many bugs like now... after the garnison teleportation, the game didnt erased some french depots.
