Would someone pls show me the complete path from outside the FoF folder to the file to turn off the sound[&:]

The operating system creates the ForgeOfFreedom.ini file usually in your Windows directory.  I don't know the complete path to your Windows directory, but it could be something like c:\Windows.  There are other places where your OS may place the .ini file -- you can search for ForgeOfFreedom.ini with the file search.

On Vista systems, the .ini won't be created unless you run "Forge of Freedom" with admin permissions.

Thanks Eric, I did find a .ini type file in Windows, but it only had config/values for gameplay. I did see values for a list of "options" in the FoF.ini and a CoG, but Im guessing they have nothing to do with it. Perhaps I need to find a work around, so I can listen to internet radio whilst I play.
I'm XP. I've looked at all the folders with FoF association, I guess, in C:Matrixgames and Windows.

You can add values to .ini files, including the NOSOUND value.
