Baltic food trade

Post by Harrybanana »

I am probably mistaken, but I note that in the 1.30 version of the game the Germans do not receive any food trading in the Baltic, just the 3 resources. For some reason I thought they used to get 1 food as well. Am I right or wrong?

They never got food. The trade is coming from the Scandinavian countries which don't have much to export.

Actually Denmark exported considerable amounts of food to Germany coming close to providing 10% of German food requirements – but that may have been overland of course.
Personally I should think both Germany and Russia should be allowed a small amount of Baltic food trade as Sweden send non-trivial amounts to both.
