Units going back to Counter pool

gday Marshall hows it going mate [;)]
This is the french Naval move, just move any French Ships and they go back to the counter pool.
Now I knew this was an old bug, and I thought it was fixed but looks like its raised its ugly head again.
Now I have been moving the play back button in the last turn or so, I dont know about others in the game, anyway there it is.
If there some way we can get this on track again, would be greatly appreciated

I could not Dupe this but I believe this was fixed in 1.05
Can you get the BETA 1.05?

Am afraid that a no beta policy on most groups would make it impossible to load this 1.05 patch

1.05 BETA seems to be going well so this should be official soon.
