Game won't install...

I purchased today through you guys. I got the download with delivery of the physical copy. It was the 104g version. After a lengthy download I started the setup file to install and after a short delay got a error message stating "CRC error" and the install stops. Could I have gotten a bad download and if so, where do I go to redownload? I have my order number and serial number for the purchase.

Was this error during the installation itself or when you were unzipping the file?

We just double-checked the file in the store and it's fine, which means the corruption must have happened during your download. I would suggest deleting your installer file and going to www.findmyorder.com to get a re-download link. You can use a single-stream download manager like www.stardownloader.com if you have problems with getting a clean download on large files. Also make sure that when you go to install, you've turned off any anti-virus or other security programs that could interfere with the installation.

I went to the site. I have my order number but it ask for a password. Don't know that. When I enter the alternative info it takes me to a game I ordered sometime back from another publisher, not Matrix. What should I do?

The password is whatever you chose when you placed the order (there's a field for that). If you don't remember it, e-mail your order info to me at erikr@matrixgames.com and I'll look it up for you. www.findmyorder.com server all Digital River stores, so with the wrong info you could see orders you've placed elsewhere.
