Getting to play

Hi, i just installed the game but i can't get it to start. via the game menu i get nothing when pressing the play button. when i try to start by clicking the game.exe i get the following error: Windows can't acces the specific device, path or file.you may not have the appropriate permissions to acces the item.

How to solve?
