Air Group Slots and WITPLOAD.EXE

In the spreadsheet extracts created from the WITPLOAD.EXE program I noticed that air groups assigned to ships was the ship slot number + 4000.

So, Akagi (Ship Slot 1) would have air groups assigned as 4001 and Lexington (Ship Slot 3001) would have air groups assigned as 7001.

If Akagi has been moved to slot 1633 and Lexington to slot 6004 does that formula still apply making the Akagi air groups 5633 and Lexington's 10004 as far as the spreadsheet is concerned?
