occupied provinces

This sequel to the award-winning Crown of Glory takes Napoleonic Grand Strategy to a whole new level. This represents a complete overhaul of the original release, including countless improvements and innovations ranging from detailed Naval combat and brigade-level Land combat to an improved AI, unit upgrades, a more detailed Strategic Map and a new simplified Economy option. More historical AND more fun than the original!

occupied provinces

Post by Houtje »

Posted this in old CoG-forum, but did not get any replies. So I'll try it here:

------------------------
In anticipation of CoG:EE I started playing the old CoG again and ran into the following situation: as Spain, I attacked Portugal's 2 provinces: Lisbon and Elvas. When I had hammered the Portugese, the Prussians stepped in to help them. Nevertheless, Lisbon surrendered to me after a siege and is now a province of mine. I besieged Elvas, too, and won that siege as well: it did not surrender to me, however, since it is (I think) part of Prussia now! Is there any way to get this province other than by forcing Prussia to surrender to me and demanding the province?

Thanks for any help.

If I understand what's happening, probably not.
