Possible Bug

repeatable. With 100 percent land the game locks up while trying to make map. With all same parameters I have made games with up to 70 percent land though. This with all the latest patches.
Favoritism is alive and well here.

if you could send me the exact settings that reproduce this i can see what combination of random parameters causes this behaviour.
