Problem with uploading scenario

I'm trying to upload Bulldogmodv2 on to the AT site but is is giving me a time out even though its only 8.4mb in size.

Vic has given another way to upload files in which he says:

A lot of people get timeouts with the webupload. This is due to yahoo webhosting limits. The workaround is to first upload your file to the FTP server and then give its filename in the textbox below.
Here is the login information needed to contact the FTP Server:

What website is this on Yahoo? Sorry to sound a complete plank but I could use some advice.
