Problem uploading to AT site

I'm trying to upload Bulldogmodv2 on to the AT site but is is giving me a time out even though its only 8.4mb in size. I've tried uploading about 10 times now but no joy.

Vic has given another way to upload files in which he says:

What website is this on Yahoo? Sorry to sound a complete plank but I could use some advice.

For future reference, google FTP and you can download a free FTP app. I'm not on home comp, so not sure whaqt I ended up using but they are pretty easy to set up. I know I have mine set up to connect to the AT ftp server with one click and uploading the file is just as easy as copying in Windows Explorer.
